Child Care Works Subsidy
The Early Learning Resource Center (ELRC) provides child care subsidies to eligible families earning up to 200% of the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines. The ELRC pays a portion of your child care costs directly to EDS and you pay a small portion based on family size and income.

Child Care Matters Subsidy
Allegheny County has received additional funding for its Child Care Matters (CCM) pilot program which provides child care subsidies to eligible families earning up to 300% of the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines.
