EDS operates a Kindergarten Plus (K-Plus) Program in the South Fayette School District, and an EDS-Plus Program in the Upper St. Clair School District.

The K-Plus Program is a half-day kindergarten enrichment program to be offered opposite a child's regular kindergarten session. The K-Plus program is designed to provide parents with a full-day program at school for their kindergarten children.

The K-Plus program follows the district's kindergarten curriculum, providing children with hands-on activities and projects to supplement and reinforce their classroom instruction in reading, math, science and social studies. Certified teachers staff the program and work directly with the children at a student/ teacher ratio of no more than 10:1. Parents may use the K-Plus Program on a full time or a part-time and will be charged based on the amount of time their children attend the program.
